Half- and Full-Page Scrolling

Ctrl-D / Ctrl-U / Ctrl-F / Ctrl-B โ€” scroll without losing place.

Keys: Ctrl-D, Ctrl-U, Ctrl-F, Ctrl-B

Ctrl-D scrolls down half a page; Ctrl-U scrolls up half. Ctrl-F is forward a full page; Ctrl-B is back a page.

Two ways to fly through a file: half-page and full-page scrolls. Half-page is gentler โ€” your cursor and the surrounding context move together. Full-page is faster and good for jumping past large regions you don't care about.
